Information

This is him - Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis
1875 09 22 - 1911 04 10
The most famous Lithuanian painter and composer who ever lived. He painted music and wove his paintings with musical threads. And really, when you look at his paintings, you can't help but hear the music, and when his music plays, you close your eyes and paint the painting with an invisible brush.

M. K. Čiurlionis' painting SILENCE
In the painting, the artist uses completely laconic forms to convey a state of silence. Just three dandelion fluffs in a completely undefined abstract environment convey that extremely fragile and vulnerable state - it only takes a single breeze to make the silence disappear.
Entering the rhythm of silence was a prerequisite for M. K. Čiurlionis. He worked in complete solitude, shut off from everyone in his small room, where created the atmosphere necessary for his work, the basis of which was silence - perhaps not so much the silence of the world around him, but a spiritual silence in which one can see cosmic harmony and hear cosmic music.

Music by M. K. Čiurlionis
We have stitched a label with a QR code on the inside of the pillowcase. Scan it on your phone in the evenings, close your eyes and listen to the works of M.K. Čiurlionis: imagine a forest, the sea, hear the sounds of a soothing harp... You will calm down, forget the worries of the day and sleep more soundly.

Impression at first touch
We created this collection as a gift for people who love the paintings and music of M. K. Čiurlionis . That's why we've packaged it the way it deserves.

Immerse yourself in the softness and enjoy it for years to come
The bed linen is made from long-fibre Egyptian cotton sateen. It is recognised as the best in the world. This premium cotton sateen, even when very thin and soft, is extremely dense and will last for many years.
The density of this fabric is TC300. For those who understand the measure, this figure is impressive.

Patterns and colours that never cease to delight
You've probably experienced the feeling of having to say goodbye to colourful patterns that fade after each wash. This fabric is printed with digital printing technology, which ensures that the dye penetrates deeply into the yarn.

Masters from each country doing what they do best
The Spanish craftsmen have digitally printed the premium cotton sateen fabric with patterns from a painting by Čiurlionis. When the fabric arrived in Lithuania, it was used to make bed linen by the meticulous hands of seamstresses.
Now we're letting it go to your hands and your home, where it will serve you for many years.

A health-safe product closest to your skin
We create sustainable products that allow you to consume less and live healthier. We pay special attention to the quality and composition of materials.
We use Oeko-Tex® certified materials for our bed linen. Products with this certification do not contain allergens, formaldehyde, heavy metals or banned pesticides. They are safe and suitable even for babies.
