Support for Ukraine
In mid-February 2022, LONAS GROUP announced the signing of a contract for the construction of a new administrative and warehouse building. However, in the last days of February, after halting construction, 50,000 euros were transferred to the organization Blue/Yellow on the fourth day of the war.
Although such actions were criticized publicly and some suggested that “good deeds should be done quietly,” we remained united: this is an example of how companies should act in response to the war in Ukraine.
The events that shook us to the core and the uncertain future forced us to redefine our priorities and values – it is imperative to help.
